York South Caravan and Camping Site

Located South of York in a rural setting offering facilities for touring caravans, motorhomes & camping. Particularly suitable for those seeking a quiet escape. People staying for 7 nights will pay for 6 with the 7th night being free. 

All our caravan pitches are hard standing and have one water tap per two caravans / tents. All camping pitches have electric hookup available if required. We have dusk to midnight lighting on the whole site including the camping field. Electric Hookup (EHU) Electricity will be metered on a 'Pay for what you use' basis.. typically the cost is less than a pound per day if you don't use electricity for your heating. 

The male and female toilet blocks both have two cubicles and two showers each and are built to a high standard. There are undercover pot washing facilities and a washing machine / tumble dryer for those emergencies (chargeable).

We aim to be a quiet site and ask all guests to turn the noise down after 10.30. As yet I don't have a shop (maybe next year) but no club / bar. 

The rally field, when not in use, will be available for dog walking and for kids to play, kick a ball etc. Dogs will be welcome at York (South) CC though must be under control and will need to be on lead. We have a dog washing cubicle with a warm shower.
